have sensory needs and they can still come to a game and enjoy it. like veterans with ptsd. a wonderful group. >> dana: never miss an episode of "the five," set your dvr. "hannity" is up next. >> sean: welcome to "hannity." this is a fox news alert on this breaking news night, president trump delivers a message to james call me before being fired, the fbi director gets ready to testify before congress on thursday. he says i wish him luck. sara carter and john solomon will join us and of humans with reaction. they also have an explosive new report they will share with us. also tonight, eric trump, laura ingraham, mike huckabee, lou dobbs will all be here but first, the federal government has charged a 25-year-old government contractor for allegedly leaking an nsa document and its raising more questions than answers. for starters, why did she have top security clearance in the
7:01 pm
first place? the mainstream media is lying. yes, lying to you yet again. about their lives? that is tonight important opening monologue. a new report from the web site the intercept appears to have led to the arrest of a federal government contractor named reality winner. we are making the announcement, the department of adjustment dt saying who she licked the documents to. according to the article which sites a leaked nsa document, russian intelligence allegedly launched a cyber attack against a voting software supplier and sent phishing emails to over 100 election officials. now some liberals hyperventilating in the district from media, they are jumping on this. and purse purposefully mischaracterizing all this.
7:02 pm
there once again lying to you, the american people. they are claiming it's a smoking gun that russia changed actual vote tallies. take a look at this headline from "newsweek." who won the election? nsa reports suggest russia may impact voting systems. if you actually take the time and read the leaked nsa documen document, it does not draw any conclusions about the potential impact of so-called russian interference on the outcome of the 2016 election. even a columnist from bloomberg is pointing out the media's not telling you the truth about what is truly going on here. the headline reads... in it, he makes great points which we verified. according to the intercept's, russian hackers did it target a software company that is called vr systems. what most of the destroyed trump
7:03 pm
propaganda media will not tell you is that seven of the eight states that used those systems include the following... california, florida, illinois, north carolina, new york, west virginia, they used paper-based systems and virginia is mostly paper-based. so, if they hacked into this company, okay, it's all paper-based so that would not have made a difference in the outcome of the election. wow. the truth matters. more importantly, the key swing states, pennsylvania, michigan, wisconsin -- they don't use vr systems at all. so, let's use logic and common sense. if russia really was going to hack the elections through this system, wouldn't they have targeted the key swing states? if that does not blow the russia conspiracy theory completely out of the water that you are being fed today, well, there's also this. back in january while testifying before congress, the former
7:04 pm
director of national intelligence -- james clapper, he said that russian election interference did not have any impact of actual vote tallies. watch him. >> they did not change any vote tallies or anything of that sort. we have no way of gauging the impact that certainly the intelligence community can't gauge the impact it had on choices in the electorate made. >> sean: james call me and the current director of the nsa have also said the same thing. on top of that, we also have the former director of national intelligence james clapper and several prominent democrats admitting -- we played this before -- no smoking gun that they have seen. no evidence whatsoever. in spite of thousands of hours
7:05 pm
of black helicopter tinfoil hat conspiracy coverage of russian collusion. the democrats and security intelligence agencies tell you directly. >> have you seen anything that suggests any collusion between the russians and the term campaign? >> there's an awful lot of smoke there, let's put it that way. people that might have said they were involved, to what extent they were involved. to what extent the president might have known about these people. there's nothing there from that standpoint that we have seen directly linking. our president any of that. >> the last time we spoke, i asked if you'd actually seen evidence of collusion between the trump campaign and the russians and you said to me "not at this time." had anything changed since we spoke last? >> no, it hasn't. >> just to be clear, there has been no actual evidence yet. >> no, it has not been.
7:06 pm
>> i did not see any smoking gun evidence of collusion. >> is there any evidence of collusion you have seen yet? >> there's a lot of smoke. we have no smoking gun at this point. >> sean: now that we have once again -- i don't think anyone else in the media has done this, we have shot down these pathetic attempts to smear president trump. i want to ask some very serious questions about this alleged leaker. why did this 25-year-old named reality winner ever have access to this kind of information in the first place? according to reports about her social media post, she's very political -- a huge bernie sanders supporter who hates the president, donald trump. she also reportedly tweeted that it being white is terrorism and she also allegedly vowed to stand with the iranians. it was shocking is that the nsa well, they have may have overlooked certain red flags in favor of people who have
7:07 pm
particular skills like reality winner. according to a report, she was apparently fluent in languages that are spoken in iran and afghanistan. according to an intelligence historian who spoke to nbc news, the vast majority of people who go through the national security intercept work, most of them are fresh out of high school. high school. are you kidding me? then he continued. there are thousands and thousands of 18-21-year-olds doing critically important and secret work around the world. so apparently the nsa doesn't care about your background, as long as you have certain abilities, you can get top security clearance in this country? wow. here's my opinion. reality winner is a very small fish. in the deep state pond. so let me make a point here. i think it needs to be raised. as for the liberals out there, i am asking questions.
7:08 pm
these questions need to be asked. one of the itsy-bitsy teeny-weeny problems we have in all this is, do you remember wikileaks? what they revealed? and what vladimir putin claim just the other night? according to information that wikileaks released about the cia and the tactics they used -- they did this back in march, the spy agency has a database of malware that was created by other countries. they can disguise their own hacking attempts and make it look like a foreign country. and foreign actors carried it out. put their finger prints on their own attack. that's something we have to think about. in an interview over the weekend with nbc, the russian president, vladimir putin, actually said the same thing. take a look at this. >> i haven't seen even once any direct proof of russian interference in the presidential election in the united states. what could be easier in this day and age and using
7:09 pm
technical means at the disposal of the intelligence services? and using those means to organize some attacks and then pointing the finger at russia? we don't care who the head of the united states is, we know more or less what's going to happen. even if we wanted to in this regard, it would make sense for us to interfere. >> sean: do i trust vladimir putin? no. nobody does. former kgb guy. it wikileaks has been the same thing. wikileaks, like him or not, they have not been proven wrong once. not one time in 11 years. could it be possible -- we don't have all the information at this point -- we will include a deeper dive, i want to be very clear here. i would argue and this is important -- 99.9% of those that work in our intelligence community i believe are good people. they are patriotic americans and they are brave. they work to keep us safe in a very evil dark and dangerous world.
7:10 pm
they have nothing to do with any of the steep state stuff. but the big problem we have in this country is we have deep state, selective leaking that is designed by some in power that clearly want to hurt and i would argue even take down the president of the united states and overturn the election that you voted for last november. give these obama holdovers. if this young woman is a minnow, then you have the deep state sharks at the top of the food chain that would be orchestrating this sabotage and misuse of our intelligence community. we need to find out who they are. they need to go and be removed. because they are hurting the country. and they are purposely advancing their own political agenda and weapon icing the use of intelligence that we should be used for our security. also tonight, "abc news" is reporting that james comey is testifying thursday before congress. he will stop short of saying president trump obstructed
7:11 pm
justice. that's a smart move for the former fbi director because as we have been telling you, he was never going to say that. want to know why? take a look at the side of your screen. my friend and colleague pointed out, if comey thought trump did anything wrong back in january, he would have broken those two laws because he had a legal obligation to come forward and tell people. and on may 3rd? james comey also said it never happened. he would be contradicting himself. earlier today, president trump wished comey good luck on thursday. sara carter and john solomon are out with a huge story. x intel contractor sues comey alleging fbi covered up at mass civil liberty violations. joining ml with this special report, sara carter and john solomon. to think there's anything wrong
7:12 pm
with this in your view? >> there's a lawsuit and a man walked out with 46 hard drives. way larger than snowden. he gave it back to the fbi and said the reason i took them is because i want to sit down and show you all these massive civil liberties. i think it is a very important story, how much abuse may be going on beneath the intelligence community's cover. we need to get an answer about how often our identities are compromised and how our privacy is affected. there's a lot of concrete evidence, facts, that there are violations going on the need to be addressed. >> sean: >> greg: sara, you hae someone suing comey saying the fbi on a mass scale covered up mass civil liberties against americans and he has evidence. isn't that a little bit bigger
7:13 pm
than russian collusion with no evidence as i just proved up until this point? >> yeah, absolutely. this is on a much larger scale. we have seen the itemized reports of them and we posted them on our web site, the itemized list of hard drives that he gave to the fbi signed by the fbi. we have all the documentation to show this. think about this, sean, he said and i just spoke to him before i came to see you. he said he unmasked with the technology he sat had. 600 million documents. if you stack those up, that is 30 miles high. 30 miles high. over 20 million americans. i said what were you unmasking? he said everything. at their bank account, their homes. their records. phone conversations. emails. he was able to take down every single firewall.
7:14 pm
it was so distressing because this is what he was directed to do. when he tried to do the right thing and he did in his opinion, the right thing and got the immunity agreement with the fbi. they decided to not move forward with the investigation. >> sean: did comey know about this? she is suing comey and you are telling me 20 million? 20 million? >> 20 million. >> sean: wow. did comey know? >> according to dennis montgomery, alleging that all of this happened and he was willing -- he said i am more than willing to tell anybody, face anyone. face comey and former director robert muller who was working at the fbi at the time, when he began his work. he spent nine years working with them, he started out with the fbi and went on into the cia/nsa
7:15 pm
realm. when he began this, he said he was willing to talk to anyone and testify before anybody, face clapper, brennan, comey. and he would not back down even though he's struggling with some health issues. he just wants to get the story out. >> sean: john, i will give you the last word. i'm imagining if it's more information and even edward snowden, there is beyond smoking gun evidence here. when will the american people see this? >> it's been assigned to a very well respected judge in the district of columbia. if the nsa had violated america's privacy, there will be a process played out and americans will find out if these things are true and if there are violations going on that have been swept under the rug by our government. >> sean: you have been able to see what evidence? >> he did get an immunity agreement and turned documents over to the fbi.
7:16 pm
that part of the story is confirmed. the actual predicate has been laid out. sara did a great interview with him on some great insights. >> sean: we will have you back tomorrow. this is huge. thank you for your hard work. this is important for our constitution and for the american people. we will continue on the story. next, tonight come on this busy breaking news night on "hannity"... >> it's the greatest hoax of all time. i was there throughout the campaign. we have no dealings in russia. we have no projects in russia. >> sean: eric trump calls out the democrats and members of the mainstream media on the issue of the russian collusion story. he calls a day hoax. he also talks about the abuse of his family. new information about the three london terrorists. one featured in your long documentary, "the jihadis next door" ." saying a a la akbar. laura ingraham waves in.
